Delete your account

Permanently remove your parent account and associated cloud data.

You can permanently delete your Giggle Pieces parent account and its associated cloud data either in the app or by emailing our support team.

Delete in the app

Open Parent Settings, find your saved account, and tap Delete account and cloud data. Confirm the deletion to remove it immediately.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address used for your Giggle Pieces account with the subject “Delete my Giggle Pieces account.” We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

  • Your email or Google-linked Giggle Pieces account.
  • Cloud-saved child profile, puzzle progress, and settings.
  • Registered notification devices and submitted support reports.

Subscriptions: App Store or Google Play subscriptions are managed by the store and are not cancelled by deleting the app account.

Short retention period: A deletion-safety marker containing only an internal account ID and deletion timestamps may remain for up to two hours. This prevents an already signed-in device from restoring deleted data, and the marker is then removed automatically.
