About Almo Learning
Almo Learning creates educational games and creative tools. Giggle Pieces provides learning games, Wood Fit provides block puzzles, and Sketch Trace provides camera tracing and a screen lightbox. Sketch Trace's Android store listing is named Sketch Trace AR Drawing Paint, with package com.sketchanchor.app.
Sketch Trace is operated by Almo Studio LLC. For your use of Sketch Trace, Almo Studio LLC is the service provider under these terms, including the purchase, privacy, support, and account-deletion provisions. Almo Learning is the website brand.
Use By Children And Families
Giggle Pieces is a learning experience for children and families. Sketch Trace is a general-audience creative tool. Children should use our apps with a parent or guardian's permission and guidance where appropriate. Sign-in and purchase providers' age and account rules apply. Only an authorized account holder may approve a purchase.
Acceptable Use
- Use our website and apps in a lawful and respectful way.
- Do not attempt to damage, copy, interfere with, or misuse our services.
- Do not use Almo Learning content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Do not upload or send harmful, abusive, or misleading content through contact or support channels.
Educational Purpose
Almo Learning games are designed to support playful practice, curiosity, focus, memory, creativity, and problem-solving. They are not a replacement for professional educational, medical, developmental, or psychological advice.
Content And Ownership
The Almo Learning name, website, app designs, included artwork, text, logos, and related materials belong to Almo Learning or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell our content unless permission or an applicable license allows it. You retain your rights in artwork and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use and share references, photographs, and recordings; tracing an image does not grant rights to that image.
Sketch Trace: Local Projects And Safe Use
Sketch Trace can be used as a Guest. Optional supported-provider sign-in, where available, separates local workspaces; it does not synchronize or back up projects online. Keep exports of work you want to preserve. Clearing App data, uninstalling, deleting a workspace, device loss, or device failure can remove locally stored work. Exported copies remain wherever you saved them.
Camera alignment depends on the device, lighting, and drawing surface and is not guaranteed. Use a stable, safe device position and stop if the device becomes too hot. Drawing Time-Lapse, where available with Pro, creates a silent video of the camera view without the reference overlay, grid, or controls. Record and share only content you have permission to capture. Saving or sharing sends a copy to your selected destination under that service's terms.
Sketch Trace Pro Purchases And Restoration
Where offered, Almo Studio LLC provides Sketch Trace Pro as a one-time lifetime purchase through Google Play. It is not a subscription and has no automatic renewal or recurring charge. The in-app purchase screen and Google Play confirmation show the available features and local price before you approve payment. Features described only as planned are not a promise of immediate availability or a delivery date.
Google Play handles payment, and RevenueCat verifies access and supports restoration. Use Restore Purchases with the same Google Play account used for an eligible purchase. A pending or failed payment does not grant Pro; a refunded or revoked purchase may remove Pro access. Optional Sketch Trace sign-in is separate from the store purchase. Signing out or deleting the Sketch Trace account does not refund, transfer, or delete the store purchase.
Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable law. See Google Play refund information or contact support. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Sketch Trace Optional Rewarded Ads
Where offered, optional rewarded ads are available only to users who confirm they are 18 or older. Core tracing remains free for everyone and Pro users are not offered ads. Each offer states its reward before you choose to watch. A reward is granted after the advertising provider confirms completion; closing early or an unavailable ad does not grant access. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
One project-slot reward adds one reusable local slot. One Sticky reward starts when alignment succeeds and ends when you stop Sticky or leave the drawing; failed alignment, recovery and interruptions preserve that access. Rewards belong to the current local workspace, have no cash value, are not a Pro purchase, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and have no purchase-restoration entitlement after reinstall or data loss. They do not unlock other Pro features. Existing projects remain accessible and exporting them does not transfer reward balances.
Purchases In Other Almo Learning Apps
Other apps may offer different purchases or subscriptions, as stated in their own purchase screens and app-store confirmations. Sketch Trace's one-time Pro terms do not change another app's product or subscription terms. Manage any subscription through the store account used to buy it; deleting an app or account does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Privacy And Account Deletion
Each app has its own policy: Giggle Pieces Privacy, Wood Fit Privacy, and Sketch Trace Privacy. The policies explain their different account, storage, analytics, advertising, and purchase practices. For Sketch Trace, use Settings → Account → Delete account or the web deletion-request page. Save or share time-lapse videos and snapshots first; retaining selected project copies does not retain those media files.
App Stores And Third-Party Services
If you download an Almo Learning app through an app store, the app store's own terms may also apply. Some features rely on third-party services such as sign-in, purchases, hosting and update delivery, analytics, crash reporting, or support tools. Their availability can affect those features.
Availability And Changes
We may update or change parts of our website, apps, features, or content, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to a purchase. We try to keep Almo Learning reliable, but we cannot promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. An announcement or planned feature does not establish public availability; refer to the app's current store listing and purchase screen.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Almo Learning is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or apps. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
